Robyn is the Collaborative Planning Program coordinator with our agency and her office is located with the Ministry of Children and Family Development in order to better assist and set up conferences/meetings.
Robyn has lived and worked on Vancouver Island for 12 years. She started off her career doing home care for adults and then worked as a mentor with the 'Precious Beginnings' FASD prevention program at the Kwakiutl District Council Health centre. The Kwakiutl District Council currently represents 8 Member First Nations.
In this role, Robyn provided unconditional support and advocacy to at-risk women and their families.
In 2018 Robyn began working at our agency as a Family Development Worker and then transitioned into her current role as of July 2019.
Robyn always works with a strength-based client-centred approach and feels honoured to work with the families of the Comox Valley.
