Thank you for supporting and partnering with our organization plus the many other charities and social services in our community during this pandemic. The rapid response and the ability to bring the community together in helping one another has shown the strength and compassion of all that reside in our valley.
Current Protocols in place:
We are currently contacting families, clients and colleagues via remote methods such as phone, text, video, and email.
Under some circumstances, meetings following the distancing guidelines are now possible under the direction of CVFSA team members.
All large group participation programs are currently postponed until further notice.
We ask that anyone who has flu or flu-like symptoms (cough, fever, difficulty breathing, etc.) self-isolate as per the Ministry of Health's instructions and contact 811 for further instructions.
As always, in any emergency situation: Call 911.
We are a not-for-profit registered charity, that has been offering a variety of services since 1974 to children, youth and families.
We strive to provide the highest standard of service possible. We achieve this by fostering supportive working relationships and consistently upholding our agency values in all that we do.
We acknowledge that we are proud to live and work on the traditional territories of the Puntlege, E’iksan, and the K’omoks First Nations.
