Community Based Victim Service (CBVS) Program is free and open to self and community referrals. The program provides emotional support, justice related information referrals and practical assistance to victims and their families, of crime and trauma. Many instances of physical and sexual abuse go unreported; we offer a safe place to talk about relationship violence, abuse and sexual assault where the focus is not just about the criminal justice system.

We serve all genders: Women, youth, children, men and self-identified genders who have experienced or have witnessed physical, emotional or sexual violence.

Community Victim Services Program is closed on weekends & statutory holidays and may not be able to return your call until the next business day.

If you have been sexually assaulted or experienced intentional violence, head to your nearest hospital emergency as soon as possible. If you need help and want to make a police report and/or are feeling unsafe please call 9-1-1.

Crisis text is: 250-800-3806
