Our administration team is located on the upper level at 1415 Cliffe Avenue is open Monday to Thursday 9 to 4 pm. We are closed Friday, Saturday & Sunday and Statutory holidays.  

We have a few satellite services and programs which have different hours and availability than noted above. Please click on the service links below to find out more information.

Missed Appointments: If unable to attend your scheduled appointment please inform your support/counselor as soon as possible. If unsure of who to contact, call 250-338-7575 for help. 

Zero-Tolerance Physical or Verbal Abuse Policy: We understand that people can become angry when they feel that matters about which they feel strongly about, are not being dealt with as they wish.  If that anger escalates into aggression we consider unacceptable, it may result in your removal from our space/property.

d) Suicide Prevention Information: Child & Adolescent Outreach / Suicide Prevention Open referral and no cost. Short-term counselling and referral service for children and youth, up to their 19th year, who experience suicidal feelings, depression, loss and social isolation. Visits can occur in the home, community or agency office. Crisis Nurse  available by calling the Crisis Line 1-888-494-3888 (Vancouver Island Crisis Line).

e) Other: Contact bc211  Vancouver-based nonprofit organization that specializes in providing information and referral regarding community, government and social services in BC. Their helpline services include Alcohol and Drug Information and Referral Service (ADIRS), the Problem Gambling Help Line, VictimLink BC, and the Youth Against Violence Line
